Vivianne Castillo is a user researcher with 7+ years of psychology and research experience spanning multiple contexts, cultures, and industries. Prior to becoming a UX Researcher, she worked primarily in the arenas of human services and counseling, where she tackled issues like shame, empathy, vulnerability and compassion. 

Jonathon Coleman

Jonathon Coleman is a Senior Design Manager at Intercom, where he leads product designers and the global content design discipline. He's also a Webby Award winner and keynote speaker who’s appeared at over 90 events in 9 countries on 5 continents.

Preet Arjun Singh

Preet Arjun Singh is the founder of the Design X community, one of the fastest growing global design communities. His work with Design X intends to bring together all design disciplines at the intersection of business, design and technology.

Amy Thibodeau is a director of UX at Shopify, based in Toronto, Canada. She previous worked as a product content strategist at Facebook, and before that worked in communications roles mostly in arts organizations.
